Update 0.0.5

This update is very small. But in case you have not read my older dev blog, here are previous changes:

BUG FIXES:
Fixed inability to collect coins

Added:
Chance for a green coin to spawn (worth over 100 coins)

Now for the new changes:

Added a cheat/dev menu.  Press and hold F2 to access.

Currently, you can only change the coin multiplier. (Up to 100x)
